| Hello Nicole. We usually have our volunteer days on the second Sunday in each month, meeting in the car park at Billet Lane at 10.00 a.m. In October we are also holding a "Make it Count " day on the 22nd so, just to confuse you, we may dispense with the normal volunteer day next month. I'm sure that statement will bring howls of protest from my colleagues so maybe plan on two days next month. It will be finalised at the committee meeting on the 5th Oct so I'll post the answer here on Friday 6th latest. It will be nice to get some fresh faces on the crew. |

| Next volunteer day is on Sunday 8th October, meeting in the Langley Park car park in Billet Lane at 10.00a.m. Bring suitable clothing in case of wet weather, also food and some liquid refreshment. Hot drinks will be available during lunch break. |

John, is the National 'Make a Difference'day not on the 29th October
For all those with children this is the last Sunday of the half term break (assuming Berks, Bucks and Middlesex are all on the same dates) |

| Yes Chris, you are correct. The "Make a Difference Day" is on Sunday 29th October NOT 22nd as in the message two above. Apologies to all those who have read this and are now totally confused, but just to repeat and avoid further confusion. The "Make a Difference Day" is on Sunday 29th October, meeting in the car park in Billet Lane at 10.00 a.m. |
